During your one hour crossing you can relax and watch the informative DVD/TV, have a coffee, mingle with the crew and other guests, or simply relax and think about the magnificent day ahead. At a similar cost to a coach Abel Tasman Sea Shuttles can take all the hassle out of your day by having a free pick up at your centrally located accommodation motel and return at the end of the day. So convenient!  One Way Fare $15.00 or Return boat Fare $30.00

Scenic cruises and water taxis depart Kaiteriteri Beach daily

If your driving yourself to Kaiteriteri - Scenic Cruises range in duration from 1.75 to 3 hours, or a full day with a walk options, whatever your commitments there should be something to suit your schedule.

Ask about the Special Offer 1 Dec to 31 March - 2.30pm sailing only you can do the Full Scenic Cruise for $ 45.00 per adult or Half Scenic Cruise for $30.00 per adult - ex Kaiteriteri

" Robert & Lesley from Kingsland Court Motel had a thouroughly enjoyable day with Heather & the Crew from the Abel Tasman Sea Shuttles, they departed Kaiteriteri cruised up the Abel Tasman National Park to Bark Bay & walked back to Torrent Bay to there pick up with the Water Taxi.  They walked through lush green native forest along the track overlooking the bays.  Stunning scenery, excellent knowledge of the Park from Heather as they meandered to Torrent Bay. A definate must do whilst in the Nelson / Tasman Region we send all our guests wanting some adventure and an enjoyable day out.”   

Seals, Cruise and Kayak
Abel Tasman Sea Shuttle has introduced a fantastic one day product that allows visitors to tick all three must do’s in the Abel Tasman National Park; boat cruise, stunning bushwalk and sea kayak!

8.00am - Depart Nelson for the Abel Tasman National Park via Kaiteriteri (leaves Kaiteriteri heading north at 9.15am). Cruise aboard one of our innovative, safe and comfortable catamarans to Onetahuti (Tonga) Beach. Along the way visit Split Apple Rock and seals at Pinnacle Island.
10.30am - Disembark at Onetahuti (Tonga) Beach for an unguided 1.5-2hr walk to stunning Bark Bay.
12.30pm - Meet the guide and have some lunch (additional $15.00 or take your own)
1.00pm - Commence kayaking from Bark Bay to Anchorage via Pinnacle Island and the hidden inlets (Tides permitting)
3.45pm - Meet the Sea Shuttle boat at Anchorage for your relaxing cruise back to Nelson.
5.30pm - Arrive Port Nelson

Walking the spectacular Abel Tasman National Park

Visit the best parts of the Abel Tasman National Park by day and enjoy the comforts of your Nelson Motel Accommodation by evening.

This popular option will take you to three different walks of your choice in the Abel Tasman National Park over three days.

You are able to walk through and enjoy the Abel Tasman National Park and then be picked up and returned to your point of origin; either Motueka, Kaiteriteri or Marahau or Nelson.
An example:
Your first day might be going to Totaranui and be picked up at Tonga.
Day two, Tonga to Torrent Bay. Day three, Torrent Bay to Marahau.

Price: $150.00pp + $30.00 per day Ex-Nelson
Children: 5 -14 1/2 Price
Suitability: Comfortable walking. Light day pack. Subject to tides.

" Alison also from Kingsland Court Motel and her friend Scottish friend,  joined Heather and the Abel Tasman Sea Shuttles for an awesome adventure on their Water Taxi Ride from Kaiteriteri upto Totaranui viewing the seal colony at Tonga Island, then disembarking at Totaranui and continueing by bus, stopping at the Abel Tasman Memorial, then on through the township of Takaka to Pupu Springs (Waikoropupu Springs) a short 20 minute walk to the springs and then a lunch stop at the Anatoki Salmon Farm.  Where we caught our own lunch and enjoyed it emmensly.”
