World's Greatest Motorcycle Rides - Nelson

WHEN: 19th & 20th February 2011

Nelson Tasman Tourism is delighted to announce that the region will be hosting Henry Cole for his show 'The World's Greatest Motorcycle Rides', which screens on the Travel Channel in the UK, Europe and the USA.

Henry will be visiting the region during the weekend of the 19th and 20th of February and will travel throughout the Nelson Tasman region. During this time, he will be photographed riding with members of the Nelson Tasman's motorcycle club Ulysses.

The region will gain profile through a 'World's Greatest Motorcycle Rides' series on the best motorbike rides in New Zealand, of which the Nelson Tasman region will have its own hour long show.

Close Up, the TV1 news show, will also be doing a news feature on the filming which will gain the region profile domestically.
