La Bella Italia presents the first ever NZ Italian Festival – Nelson; a two-day Italian extravaganza held at the Air Nelson Hangar. The Festival celebrates Italian lifestyle by showcasing the best of Italy, from food and wine, interior design to art, music and more.

Expect live music, cooking demonstrations, children’s activities, wine and food all day, and a ticketed Long Italian Table (Tavolata) a festive and fun shared meal for the whole community.

On Saturday evening is a CiboArte event – a ticketed Italian opera show at Nelson School of Music followed by a supper eaturing the regional food of the Italian opera composers.

This is the South Island’s Italian Festival event of the year - be inspired and stay all weekend!

Two days: Adults $16.
Children FREE up to 10 years.
