Cancellation and Other Policies

Tariffs: Seasonal/unit rates and minimum booking periods apply. Extra charges may be levied e.g. for departures on public holidays.

Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in or check-out is by arrangement only.

Reception Hours: 7.30am - 9.00pm Monday to Saturday, 8.00am - 9.00pm Sunday.

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.

Kingsland Court Motel accepts Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express, Diners Card and JCB Card.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee of one night’s total tariff will apply if you fail to cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to the day of your expected arrival. Failure to cancel a booking prior to arrival may result in the total reservation being charged. This is at the proprietors discretion. The cancellation fee may be waived if we are able to re-let the room/s for the period of the reservation cancelled.

Changes in reservation term:
Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved dates may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.

Credit Card Guarantees:
Online /email & telephone reservations require authorization of a credit card. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation or Cancellation Policy is breached.

General:
Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion, The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.  It is requested that all visitors leave premises by 10.00pm in consideration for other guests.

Smoking:
Not allowed in any of our units, for the Smokers ashtrays have been provided outside. If you do smoke in any of the units, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Odourous Smells:
The cooking of shellfish and other strong smelling foods is not permitted in our motel units, in order to avoid residual, lingering food odours that may be offensive to subsequent guests. If you do cook odourous foods you may incur appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges. We do have an outdoor BBQ available if you wish to cook any of these foods. Ask at Reception.
